Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Return We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact us at customer.care@cda.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exemptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Custom or special-order parts
Consumer Rights Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.

Standard Delivery – £4.99
We offer standard delivery across the UK at a flat rate of £4.99 per order.
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier used. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Free Shipping We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
